At this year’s IAAPA Expo Europe, Triotech will be using its show floor space to showcase a new stand-up flying theatre attraction.

Located at booth 1317, the new attraction has been described as part dynamic simulator and part flying theatre. Guests remain standing on two-by-two platforms, with this position enhancing the ride’s motion, while special effects, such as scent, blast, leg ticklers, water and wind, immerse riders in the on-screen action.

Aimed at smaller venues such as FECs and amusement parks, the new attraction occupies a smaller footprint, while the standing platforms offer a higher ride capacity.

Triotech will also be using this year’s show to announce a major project with one of Europe’s leading theme parks. A press conference scheduled for September 13 will see the company present several of its latest projects, including the opening of a double pathway walkthrough attraction for the OCT Group in China.

Finally, the company will showcase miniature 3D dynamic versions of several of its products, including Dark Coasters, Flying Theatres, VR attractions, 4D theatres and Interactive Dark Rides.

“We’re excited to meet our clients, prospects, partners and friends in London,” said Yannick Gemme, VP of sales and marketing at Triotech.

“The European market is strategic for Triotech and we work in close collaboration with our French division CL Corp to develop exciting attractions aimed at this segment.”

Taking place at Excel London in the heart of the British capital, this year’s IAAPA Expo Europe will feature an extensive trade show floor with more than 500 exhibitors taking part, including Planet Attractions.

On the show floor, the Planet Attractions Media Zone will be located at Booth 234. The show will also feature several networking opportunities and a comprehensive education programme, including a panel hosted by Planet Attractions' editor-in-chief, Tom Anstey, titled ‘How to Make Friends and Influence People - Working with Influencers’. The session takes place on September 15 from 10:30 - 11:30 am.

To book a meeting with Planet Attractions at IAAPA Expo Europe or for exhibitors to book an interview slot in the Media Zone, please send an email to our publisher Paul Thorman, who can be contacted at [email protected].
