According to Connect&GO, running a park means managing crowds, training seasonal staff, and solving urgent problems - not adjusting prices in front of a screen. Existing solutions lack flexibility and aren’t adapted to the realities of operating a park and that's where a groundbreaking approach to dynamic pricing comes in.

The company is developing a new AI-driven system to change the way parks manage pricing, making it smarter and more intuitive. Inspired by the dynamic world of attractions, the predictive AI is designed to take the guesswork out of pricing decisions. It uses historical attendance patterns and weather forecasts to adjust prices in real-time, reducing overcrowding and enhancing guest satisfaction.

The innovative solution, says Connect&GO, allows park operators to set financial targets and then let the AI handle the complex calculations. Operators can trust the system to dynamically adjust prices based on key factors while maintaining control over which products are priced flexibly and which remain at fixed rates. A “handbrake” feature provides the peace of mind that, should a situation arise, operators can instantly halt automation and regain manual control.

Additionally, the system doesn’t just react to current conditions - it gets smarter over time. Thanks to machine learning, the AI will continue to improve, drawing from centralised data within Connect&GO’s Attraction Management System. By leveraging this data, the system will constantly refine its pricing models, giving operators an increasingly efficient and accurate tool to manage their attractions.

“With this innovative forecasting model, operators can set financial targets and let the AI handle the rest, freeing up time to work on big-picture operations,” says Connect&GO. “They will know what factors affect their pricing and be able to choose which products use flexible pricing while keeping others at a fixed rate. Operators will also have access to a hand break command which will immediately stop any automation and restore manual control.”

Each project is led by a dedicated project and design manager, while every creation undergoes rigorous testing and assembly in the workshop's dedicated area.

Spearheading this expansion is Chris Smith, Wild Creations’ US Development Lead. Smith oversees all US operations, including the delivery of several high-profile projects set to debut in top US theme parks this year.

The results of adopting dynamic pricing through Convious have been impressive, with the company saying that partners have reported sales increases of up to 65%, revenue growth of up to 50%, and a reduction in visitor fluctuations by 15% to 60%.
