Hallmark is leveraging the success of its popular Christmas holiday movies with the launch of an immersive festive-themed experience in the US.
Coming to the Crown Center in Kansas City, Missouri, the “Hallmark Christmas Experience” will bring a typical town square from a Hallmark movie to life, with the general public able to visit the immersive experience for free from November 29 to December 23.
Inside the experience, visitors will find a Christmas market selling event-exclusive Hallmark products and one-of-a-kind gifts created by other seasonal sellers and Hallmark artisans. Also on offer will be ice skating, as well as themed F&B options.
Among the immersive activities, Hallmark will host a lighting of one of the world’s tallest Christmas trees every evening. It will also host card-sending and gift-wrapping stations, a Crayola-themed community mural and interactive light walks. The experience will also be filled with various photo opportunities.
While free-to-visit, ticketed experiences will also be on offer, with events and photo ops with the stars of various Hallmark films, as well as workshops with Hallmark artists, elevated dining experiences, breakfast with Santa and more.
“Creating ways to help people celebrate and connect is at the very core of our brand DNA at Hallmark, especially during the holiday season,” said Lindsey Roy, senior VP of brand development at Hallmark. “We are so excited to bring this uniquely Hallmark experience to life, and can't wait to watch people find joy and make memories together.”
