UK-based creative and innovation studio Conductr is set to expand its international operations with the launch of a new base in the Middle East.

The hub is Conductr’s third regional base, joining operations in the UK and US, and aims to strengthen the company’s presence in the Middle East’s growing attractions and entertainment market.

The move comes as demand for creative technologies and immersive experience design continues to accelerate in the Middle East.

Over the past year, Conductr has delivered a series of significant projects for major operators and brands in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Establishing a permanent presence in the region will enable the studio to strengthen local relationships and provide on-the-ground support to clients.

Conductr co-founder and CEO Peter Cliff said the expansion reflected the company’s momentum and commitment.

“The Middle East is one of the most exciting regions in the world for creative technology right now. We’re already collaborating with some of the biggest names in the sector, and this new hub allows us to be closer to the partners we’re working with every day. It reinforces our commitment to the region and our ambition to help shape what comes next for immersive, tech-powered entertainment.”

Jos van der Steen, COO and co-founder, highlighted the rapid evolution of the regional market, commenting: “The region is maturing quickly, moving from a growth market to one with global influence and confidence. With some spectacular new developments in Abu Dhabi, we’re seeing an extraordinary level of ambition and investment in experiences that blend creativity and technology. Having a Middle East hub allows us to support that momentum and play a meaningful role in what’s happening there.”

The announcement follows several high-profile projects from Conductr, including The Curse at Alton Manor at Alton Towers and Glow Court, an interactive LED sports court for Norwegian Cruise Line.

More recently, the company was recognised in The LDC Top 50 Most Ambitious Business Leaders 2025, which recognises the drive of UK entrepreneurs. Presented in partnership with The Times and growth investor LDC, Conductr received The International Award for its global impact and innovation.
