Attractions.io and SSA Group will work together on delivering a fully digital experience for visitors to cultural attractions in 2023
Guest experience platform Attractions.io has announced a partnership with visitor amenities provider SSA Group to offer a fully digital experience for visitors to cultural attractions in 2023.
SSA, which works with in-person operations and food and retail services, will work with Attractions.io by becoming an investor and partner with the company, providing the funding necessary to accelerate development of the company’s ambitious plans.
For SSA, the company will be able to bring Attraction.io’s platform to existing partnerships and future ones. For Attractions.io, the collaboration offers new connections with SSA’s partner network and access to their operational expertise.
The agreement between the two companies also grants SSA Group exclusive rights as the only visitor amenities provider authorised to bundle Attractions.io's services with its integrated food, retail and ticketing solutions across North America.
The new partnership, says Attractions.io, will pave the way for an enhanced guest experience at cultural attractions across the world. Between the two companies, their reach totals more than 155 cultural attractions globally.
“Finding a partner who shared our vision and commitment to innovation was really important to us, and SSA Group ticked all of the boxes,” said Mark Locker, founder and CEO of Attractions.io.
“As well as providing additional capital to help us deliver our ambitious plans, the partnership gives us access to valuable insights and expertise from a leading operator within the industry.
“We’re incredibly excited about the impact this will have on our current and future customers, who will benefit from the accelerated delivery of our roadmap, new integration opportunities, and even stronger results for their venues.”
