The Wicked Waves Water Park and Cape Cod Inflatable Park in Massachusetts, US, has partnered with integrated attractions management technology provider Connect&GO.

First opened in 2018, the attraction offers a number of experiences, including a wave pool, FlowRider, lazy river, arcade, and the largest inflatable waterpark in the country along with lodging, cabanas and dining.

An effort to help simplify park operations and modernise its management technology, Wicked Waves will utilise the Konnect platform to help improve guest flow and customer satisfaction, with plans also including the launch of a new eCommerce site.

Offering its easy-to-use solution for operators, Connect&GO is currently deployed in attractions throughout Europe, Canada and the US, with the Konnect platform transacting revenues of several hundred million dollars of revenue in a variety of attractions.

As a software platform, Konnect allows the operator to think about the guest experience and explore how different touchpoints of the experience work together in real time, with integration of eCommerce, point-of-sale, access control, cashless payments and business intelligence into one centralised system. The waterpark will also utilise Konnect’s new Business Intelligence reporting tool as well as a new Interactive Maps feature.

“We chose Connect&GO’s platform because it is flexible and provides everything we need into one system,” said Pat Malone of Wicked Waves. “We are looking forward to having so much more insight into our business with our data all together, and that will really help in streamlining our operations.”
