Attractions.io has partnered with Cinchio Solutions to bring its app to three major zoos in North America Credit: Attractions.io
The Detroit Zoo, Brookfield Zoo Chicago, and Toronto Zoo have all launched new apps for the summer season, with all three animal attractions utilising technology from Attractions.io to power the offerings.
Supported by Attractions.io’s North America partner Cinchio Solutions, the mobile apps are being used to create a connected digital experience for guests that promotes learning, drives revisitation, and increases membership sales.
Designed to connect visitors across the respective attractions, the new mobile app platforms connect each touchpoint guests encounter during their visit, ensuring they always have access to essential information, interactive maps, real-time updates, and personalised recommendations for their visit.

At the Detroit Zoo, app users can also enjoy a linked app experience that combines the Attractions.io platform with Cinchio's mobile food ordering solution.
