RWS Entertainment Group has announced a significant rebranding, resulting in the relaunch of the company and its subsidiaries - JRA, ted, and ARC - as RWS Global.

RWS first acquired Binder Casting - now ARC - in 2016. The acquisition of experience designers JRA followed in November 2021, with ted (also known as The Experience Department) coming under the RWS umbrella in 2022.

The new brand aims to unify the four companies, combining their collective 120 years of experience under one umbrella and solidifying the company's status as a global leader in the live entertainment and attractions sectors. Combining these brands, says RWS, has enabled the company to become a full-service provider of visitor attraction and experiences to numerous operations worldwide.

“We’re incredibly excited to bring together the exceptional talents and capabilities of RWS, ted, JRA, and ARC under the banner of RWS Global,” said Ryan Stana, founder and CEO of RWS Global.

“This new creative synergy and pool of talent will exceed expectations for live experiences, rejuvenating in-person moments for guests and brands alike.

“Four companies have united as one team with limitless possibilities, reaching over 50 countries across six continents and creating millions of smiles each day.”

The RWS Global team, consisting of various departments such as creative, administration, talent casting and recruitment, marketing, and business development, will oversee the operations of the new company. Their role will be to provide support, create structural efficiencies, and ensure a consistent level of excellence across all four subsidiaries.

Described as a comprehensive “one-stop - and then some - shop,” RWS Global offers a complete range of services for every stage of the client journey, from planning and design to production and operations. This approach leads to enhanced client experiences, improved guest satisfaction, and unique “surprise-and-delight” moments.

“Each company under the RWS Global umbrella will transform significant and minor moments into powerful memories by leveraging their individual expertise,” said Craig Laurie, chief creative officer of RWS Global.

“We’re committed to surpassing expectations by elevating experiences from concept to completion as one formidable team.”
