Ticketing specialist accesso has announced its long-term partnership with Merlin Entertainments has been extended through to 2026.

As a result of the new deal, Merlin Attractions Operations (a subsidiary of Merlin Entertainments) will continue to utilise accesso’s Passport ticketing solution to support eCommerce and on-site operations, offering guests a seamless digital experience at its attractions worldwide.

Merlin also maintains the option to extend the deal to 2028, with the technology to be used across 113 venues in 19 different countries. The deal also sees accesso continue as the exclusive ticketing technology provider for the operator.

“Since 2015, Merlin has worked in partnership with Accesso to deliver the latest digital software across our global network, giving our guests an intuitive ticketing solution,” said Nick Varney, Merlin Entertainments CEO. “We’re pleased to be extending our partnership and continuing to develop and grow our ticketing experience, which puts our guests at the very heart of the customer journey.”
