Adventures by Disney will add new excursions to Switzerland and Greece as part of its 2026 travel lineup.

The company, a subsidiary of Disney Experiences Signature Experiences division, will offer nine Swiss tours throughout 2026, with the eight-day itineraries offering hikes to the base of the Matterhorn, the iconic Swiss peak that inspired Disneyland California’s Matterhorn Bobsleds rollercoaster.

The trips will also include visits to Château de Chillon, a medieval castle located on an island in Lake Geneva, as well as kayaking on Lake Brienz and after-hours tours of the Olympic Museum in Lausanne.

Visitors will also be able to sample iconic Swiss delicacies, such as the country’s famed cheese and chocolate, throughout the trip.

Also new for 2026 is ‘Greece: Mythology of Athens, Peloponnese and Rhodes.’

The Greece tours will include visits to the Acropolis in Athens, the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus, a Unesco World Heritage Site in the Argolis region, as well as tours of Rhodes and Mycenae.

Visitors can also snorkel above submerged ruins and take part in pottery and cooking classes.

Both itineraries will offer family and adult-exclusive trips throughout 2026, with each tour led by an Adventure Guide, who, according to the Disney Parks Blog, will “bring storytelling, in-depth knowledge and a dash of Disney magic to each destination.”

The new destinations have served as inspiration for some of Disney’s most beloved classics, with Ancient Greece inspiring animations such as Hercules , Fantasia and The Little Mermaid, while Switzerland was reportedly a favourite holiday destination of Walt Disney and his wife Lillian.

Bookings for these new adventures open May 9, 2025, giving Disney fans and travel enthusiasts alike time to plan their trips.
