With sizeable business growth and the need for new team members, HB Leisure has embarked on a recruitment drive, with the company aiming to expand its workforce in multiple locations worldwide




HB Leisure is seeking new staff for sites worldwide

One of the leading attractions partners for skill games and amusement arcades worldwide is seeking to expand its workforce.

HB Leisure, which operates attractions in more than 90 theme parks and attractions in 22 countries worldwide, is seeking a number of new roles, launching a recruitment drive to fill the newly created positions.

“A career at HB Leisure is about enthusiasm and commitment, working as part of a team with fantastic opportunities throughout the UK and worldwide in some of the best attractions and theme parks,” said the operator, which is seeking games operators, arcade specialists and seasonal event staff.

For those interested in joining the company, HB Leisure provides a competitive salary and achievable bonuses based on performance. Employees are also given access to a number of training programmes to help starters rise through the ranks to senior positions later in their careers.

“Many of our senior staff started out as games operators and have since taken the step up to run major sites across 22 countries,” said Ben Tansey, games manager for HB Leisure at Alton Towers in the UK.
