Gateway Ticketing Systems is set to showcase the latest version of its Galaxy ticketing solution at this year’s IAAPA Expo Europe in Barcelona.

Designed to enhance the guest experience, the upgraded Galaxy is an integrated solution offering ticketing, admission control, resource management and group sales systems, as well as online ticketing sales, retail, food and beverage, reporting and customer relationship management systems.

New features include integrated Apple Pay and an updated sales interface, designed for ease of use, as well as improved data and fraud security.

The new Galaxy Contact Validation enables operators to validate guests’ contact details online and at POS while complying with domestic and international data security requirements.

“We’re excited to show prospective and existing customers what we’ve been working on for the past couple of years,” said Joe Marshall, general manager of Gateway UK.

IAAPA Expo Europe

Running between September 27 - 30, this year’s IAAPA Expo Europe will be IAAPA’s first in-person event in more than a year.

It will be held at the Fira Barcelona Gran Via exhibition centre in Barcelona’s business district and will feature a tradeshow, networking opportunities and education sessions exploring the theme of recovery.

The tradeshow will open on September 28 and will feature more than 460 exhibitors, showcasing new products, technology and innovations, spread across two exhibition halls.
