Connect&GO continues to ‘reshape the attractions technology landscape’ in 2024 with its ‘truly integrated’ Konnect platform for eCommerce, point-of-sale, access control, F&B, cashless payments, RFID technology and more.

Through the year, the company is promising to bring further enhancements to the Konnect platform, known for its ability to centralise all aspects of the guest experience into one place with proprietary Virtual Wallet technology and real-time data.

Already this year, Connect&GO has launched a revolutionary business intelligence tool - Konnect BI reporting - to help attractions unlock new opportunities to grow revenue and transform their operations through real-time data and intuitive dashboards.

Other enhancements in 2024 will include a new integration with Lightspeed Commerce and multiple new features for Konnect eCommerce to ensure a seamless and engaging online experience.

The company continues to make waves globally, serving diverse markets such as waterparks, theme parks, family entertainment centres, zoos and aquariums around the world. Already this year, Connect&GO has announced a client partnership with Wicked Waves Water Park and Cape Cod Inflatable Park, with the attraction utilising the company’s Konnect platform to help simplify park operations and modernise its management technology.

The Konnect solution will also play a part in this year’s Paris 2024 Olympic Games, with Canada Olympic House set to utilise the technology for the benefit of Canada’s athletes, families and guests.

With deployments across the United States, Canada, the Middle East and Europe, Connect&GO says it is “leading the way for attractions technology innovation”.
