The Isle of Wight’s Blackgang Chine has debuted Extinction - a new cliffside attraction celebrating the oldest park in the UK’s 180th anniversary.
Designed and built by Zamperla, the pendulum swing goes through a full 360-degree vertical rotation, which when combined with the location makes riders feel as though they are about to be launched off the park's iconic cliffside.
“This is not just any ride - it's a testament to Blackgang Chine's ability to innovate and provide visitors with unforgettable experiences,” said Dominic Wray, parks director at Blackgang Chine.
“Our rich and long heritage is a result of our commitment to pushing boundaries and staying ahead of the curve.”
