Accesso has started 2025 with a focus on a number of products and a renewed commitment to driving innovation and enhancing guest experiences for attractions operators around the world.
One of the company’s standout offerings this year is the launch of accesso Passport Version 6, the latest release of its award-winning eCommerce platform. The latest version features a completely revamped user interface and user experience, alongside new modules designed to further streamline operations and elevate the guest journey. Accessible on any device, accesso Passport delivers a seamless experience across the entire guest journey, allowing operators to manage tickets, season passes, parking, meal deals, and more with ease. By centralising these services, accesso Passport provides operators with the tools to unlock significant revenue potential while ensuring a smooth and intuitive experience for guests.
In addition to accesso Passport, the supplier is also introducing the all-new accesso Passport mPOS - a flexible mobile point-of-sale solution that empowers staff to process transactions wherever guests are. From handling dated and dynamically priced tickets to parking fees, special exhibition add-ons, and more, this adaptable solution will enable seamless payments throughout the guest experience, improving service delivery and satisfaction.
Beyond this, accesso Freedom - a cloud-native restaurant and retail platform - while accesso Horizon is an advanced ticketing and visitor management solution. Meanwhile, accesso LoQueue is the company’s virtual queuing solution, created to transform the guest experience by eliminating physical lines, having already saved guests over 1.3 billion minutes in wait times since its launch in 2021.
