The Association of Leading Visitor Attractions (ALVA) has partnered with British catering and hospitality firms, Searcys and Benugo, to seek industry insights from the two companies that will support its members.
The teams at Searcys and Benugo caterers will provide ALVA members with industry insight, thought leadership and benchmarking initiatives to support members in continuing to develop and enhance their visitor experience.
ALVA members include more than 2,200 UK locations – including gardens, galleries, castles, cathedrals and heritage sites – hosting a combined 119 million visitors per year.
“We’re so pleased to be partnering with Searcys and Benugo. Catering and events are integral to the visitor experience, enhancing the venue’s reputation whilst providing a valuable revenue stream,” said ALVA director Bernard Donoghue OBE.
