Planet Attractions partners with IAAPA Expo Europe on media and content creation for 2022 event

Planet Attractions and IAAPA Europe have announced a partnership that will see them work together on, media, content creation and more for this year’s IAAPA Expo Europe at London’s ExCeL Centre

Planet Attractions and IAAPA Expo Europe will work closely together in the coming months on content creation and more ahead of this year’s show

IAAPA has announced a new partnership that will see Planet Attractions act as a key media partner and content creator for this year’s IAAPA Expo Europe.

Running from September 12 until September 15, the four-day event is the largest attractions show in Europe and will see thousands of professionals gather at the ExCeL Centre in London, UK, to learn what's new and trending in the region while also exploring the vast trade show floor and enjoying a number of networking opportunities with industry peers.

Acting as a key media partner and content creator for the event, Planet Attractions will be working closely with IAAPA Europe in the coming months to create exclusive original media content before, during and after the show, ensuring the industry and wider attractions community learn everything there is to know coming out of this year’s blockbuster event.

“Being based out of London and with this year’s IAAPA Expo Europe coming to the ExCeL, this felt like the perfect time to launch this brand new content and media partnership,” said Tom Anstey, Editor-in-Chief at Planet Attractions.

“I have personally been covering IAAPA’s European and US trade shows for nearly a decade now. To be able to go to IAAPA and work with them on our ideas for out-of-the-box content is very exciting. We want to break the mould when it comes to what we can offer as a media partner and content creator. Working closely with IAAPA’s European office over the coming months, we can’t wait to get started.”

In addition to covering show events, plans are in place for a special Planet Attractions influencer panel, the details of which will be revealed closer to the event, while the Planet Attractions booth will act as a Media Zone for exhibitors wanting to showcase their latest news and products coming out of the show to the Planet Attractions audience. The Planet Attractions team will also be working with content creators outside of the industry to work on additional media to excite and engage the wider attractions community.

“We’re very excited about the partnership between Planet Attractions and IAAPA Expo Europe,” said Peter van der Schans, executive director and vice president IAAPA EMEA. “Planet Attractions has an innovative approach and a deep knowledge of the attractions industry that will be of great value for this year’s event.”

For those attending this year’s show, the Planet Attractions Media Zone will be located at Booth 234. To book a meeting with Planet Attractions at IAAPA Expo Europe or for exhibitors to book an interview slot in the Media Zone, please send an email to our publisher Paul Thorman, who can be contacted at [email protected].
