K-Pop mega stars BTS are making their way to the Philippines, with an immersive exhibit set to debut in the country later this year.

Running from May 17th to August 15th, ‘B★VERSE: BTS, Singing the Stars’ will offer visitors the chance to explore the evolution of BTS as a group and as individuals.

The travelling exhibit has had previous success in Malaysia, Japan and Thailand, and will now find its home inside the new Gateway Mall 2, part of the Arenta City business district in Quezon City.

High-end creative production group Apollon Studio has worked with immersive world and digital entertainment creators dotmill on the exhibition. The Fact, the company responsible for the Fact Music Awards in South Korea, has organised the experience.

Among the experiences, a virtual reality room will recreate iconic BTS performances, while projection mapping will highlight the connection between the group and their fans. A highlight will be 7 Planets - a series of rooms individually curated by each member of the band designed to showcase their personalities and interests.

A teaser exhibit for the show will debut on January 29th, with the highlights to be played on LED screens across Arenta City.

Formed in 2010, BTS are the best-selling musical act in South Korean history, with the group selling in excess of 40 million albums. They are also the first non-English-speaking and Asian act to sell out concerts at Wembley Stadium and the Rose Bowl. A reunion of the group is planned for 2025 after they completed the 18 months of mandatory South Korean military service.
