A new and slightly terrifying museum has opened its doors in China, with the EX Future Science and Technology Museum in Dalian touted as the “world's first bionic humanoid robot museum”.

Showcasing a variety of technologies, including humanoid robots, 5G cloud robots, and intelligent 3D holography, the museum looks to explore how artificial intelligence will benefit us in future work, learning, and life.

Covering 2,800sq m the museum features a number of sci-fi scenes showcasing a range of robotic creations.

The museum also includes a number of famous animatronic figures, such as Steve Jobs, Albert Einstein and a rather unsettling recreation of former US President Donald Trump.
