Recently reappointed Disney CEO Bob Iger is set to address Disney employees today (Monday, November 28) in a town hall meeting at the Walt Disney Studio Lot in Burbank, California.
The meeting, which will see Iger outline his plans for the future of the company, comes just eight days after Disney reinstated the former CEO and ousted his successor; Bob Chapek .
In the week since, Iger has already made several major changes at the company, including reshuffling its media, entertainment and distribution arm and the removal of chairman and Chapek-ally; Kareem Daniel.
Commencing on his reappointment, Iger said: “I’m deeply honoured to be asked again to lead this remarkable team, with a clear mission focused on creative excellence to inspire generations through unrivalled, bold storytelling.”
