Skyline Park’s new rollercoaster along with another new attraction have both been pushed back due to manufacturing problems caused by supply chain issues.
In a statement, the park, which is based in Bad Wörishofen, Bavaria, Germany, said that its two new rides - ‘Looping Alois’ flying plane ride and the family coaster ‘Flotter Otto’ - have been delayed as “important components cannot be procured and the entire construction is currently coming to a standstill”.
In a short-term fix for its visitors, the park has rented two temporary attractions - the Aprés Ski Party fairground walk-through and Familien-Rundfahrgeschäft.
Berg-und Tal Hetz - a larger steel coaster by SBF Visa Group - has also been delayed until 2023 due to delivery difficulties.
