As it continues to enhance its guest experience, Six Flags has revealed that AI will play a key role in the visitors’ digital experiences.
According to the operator, its new website will leverage AI, including personalisation and an upcoming loyalty program. The Six Flags website will also debut Missi Six - an AI-powered digital concierge, while the revamped mobile app will feature interactive maps for easier park navigation, mobile food ordering, and customised recommendations based on users' preferences.
“We are transforming Six Flags into a technology-centric entertainment company,” said Six Flags’ chief digital officer, Omar Jacques Omran. “With the formation of the largest global digital alliance in the theme park industry.”
