One of Norway’s largest theme parks recently turned to Attractions.io to solve stability problems in its app, with a ‘transformational year’ seeing Hunderfossen extend its partnership with the company until 2024.

Experiencing stability issues in its app last year that resulted in downtime and frustration for guests, the park turned to Attractions.io to solve the issue, which the company was able to achieve with great success.

According to Hunderfossen, the app now runs at 99.9% uptime, with its rating increasing from a three-star average in 2021 to a 4.8-star app rating in 2022.

“Hunderfossen were early adopters of mobile technology, and it’s been a pleasure working with their marketing team over the past year to create a mobile experience that compliments the magical experiences guests have at the park,” said Jacob Thompson, business development manager at Attractions.io.

“Stability challenges are now a thing of the past, and instead, the team can focus on the entire guest journey, with the app forming a crucial role in its optimisation.”
