Drayton Manor theme park in Staffordshire, UK, has announced Victoria Lynn as the operator’s new managing director.

A veteran theme park, hospitality and entertainment professional, Lynn has more than 21 years’ worth of industry experience, working with world-class attractions in the UAE including Wild Wadi Water Park, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi, Warner Bros World, Legoland, Meraas, and Dubai Holding Attractions.

Lynn also becomes the first permanent female managing director to take the role at the park, which attracts more than one million visitors each year and is home to over 100 rides and attractions.

The park was taken over by the Looping Group in 2020, after its former owners of more than 70 years entered administration over Covid-related pressures.
