Ken Griffin, CEO of multinational hedge fund and financial services company Citadel, has given 10,000 members of staff and their families a trip to Disney World.
Griffin - who is the world’s 40th richest person - sent his staff to Disney World for three days following a year that's shaping up to break financial records for the company, worth around US$31.7bn (€30.1bn, £25.86bn).
A Citadel spokesperson said that Griffin had paid for airfares from New York, Houston, Paris, Zurich and other cities, also covering hotels, park tickets and meals.
The park was hired for the three days exclusively for Citadel staff and Griffin also hired Coldplay and Carly Rae Jepsen to play with Diplo as a DJ.
