Attractions.io has teamed up with VisiSoft to merge its guest-facing app technology with the company’s electronic point of sale (EPOS) and online ticketing software.
Helping visitor attractions create smoother and more sustainable guest experiences, from June, guests at attractions using VisiSoft’s EPOS and online ticketing solutions can import tickets and membership passes directly to a digital wallet within their Attractions.io mobile app.
As a result, instead of printing paper tickets at home or purchasing them at an entry gate, guests can use their mobile devices as pre-booked entry passes for entry to the relevant attractions.
“The combination of in-app tickets and market-leading attraction management software will allow attractions to improve every stage of their guest experience,” said Lee Drew, head of VisiSoft.
“Being able to enter, navigate, and enjoy attractions digitally is something digitally native guests expect. In-app digital ticketing meets modern guest needs by allowing anyone to purchase, save, and use passes through a single mobile device.”
