Area15, an immersive entertainment and events complex in Las Vegas, Nevada, US, has kicked off its festive season with an immersive screening of Tim Burton’s 1993 cult classic The Nightmare Before Christmas.
Set inside the attraction’s 360-degree portal, the experience has been described as an ‘enhanced screening’ and features projection mapping and choreographed audio-visual elements synched to the on-screen action.
A curated drinks menu featuring cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages inspired by famous scenes from the film is also on offer. Guests will also be able to purchase The Nightmare Before Christmas-themed souvenirs during and after the show.
Launched yesterday (November 24), the experience will run on select dates until December 29, with tickets costing US$20 (€19.23, £16.55) for a child and US$40 (€38.46, £33.10) for an adult and include a complimentary drink for those over 21.
