Italian rollercoaster manufacturer Zamperla has debuted two new attractions at this year’s IAAPA Expo Europe, which is currently underway at the Messe Wien Exhibition & Congress Center in Vienna, Austria.
The new additions, Magic Bikes XL and GoGo Bounze 8.4, are aimed guests of all ages and designed to foster shared experiences.
Magic Bikes XL is described as a “magnified version” of the company’s best-selling Magic Bikes attraction and boasts four times the capacity of previous models, accommodating 48 riders per cycle, compared to its predecessor’s 12-rider capability.
The ride features a pedalling mechanism, which allows riders to control their ride experience, with the harder they pedal lifting the coaster arm higher.
GoGo Bounze 8.4, meanwhile, is an upgrade of Zamperla’s Jump Around thrill ride. It features an air cylinder system that drives individual arm movement, allowing for customised wave patterns or alternating jumps.
“With Magic Bikes XL and GoGo Bounze 8.4, Zamperla sets the standard for innovation, pushing the boundaries of imagination, and uniting generations through unforgettable shared experiences,” said a Zamperla spokesperson in a statement.
Zamperla is exhibiting at this year’s IAAPA Expo Europe, which is currently underway at the Messe Wien Exhibition & Congress Center in Vienna, Austria. Visit Zamperla at booth A-1613.
