YellowRoc and ActiveLeisure announce partnership to develop themed attractions

YellowRoc and ActiveLeisure have announced a partnership to deliver a complete construction and installation service for themed attractions

YellowRoc and ActiveLeisure will work together on the construction and installation of themed environments, rollercoasters, rides and water attractions

Themed construction specialists YellowRoc and ride installation specialists ActiveLeisure have announced a partnership for the construction and installation of themed environments, rollercoasters, rides and water attractions.

Combining their capabilities and targeting the North American market, the two companies will now work together to deliver a total package, offering a complete construction and installation service.

“We already have a deep knowledge of complex construction projects and the installation and fabrication of themed environments worldwide,” said Rik Matthews, YellowRoc Group CEO.

“Focusing on North America, we will utilise the vastly experienced ActiveLeisure and their great installation partners for rollercoasters, amusement rides, and water attractions.”

YellowRoc already has a US presence with offices in both Las Vegas and Orlando. The company is set to launch further bases in both California and New York before the end of Q1 2022.

Based in Itzehoe, Germany, ActiveLeisure began marketing and bringing together the specialised services of installation partners who have served the leisure industry for decades. The company was founded in 2021 by industry veteran Christoph Seidl, who has served the leisure industry for 24 years.

“Step by step we are making ActiveLeisure a hub for installation partners, project managers, and supervisors that can deliver the most professional and efficient installation of single, multiple attractions and themed environments,” said Seidl.

“YellowRoc and ActiveLeisure are a fantastic fit.”
