RWS Entertainment Group (RWS) will produce all mainstage live entertainment at this year’s IAAPA Expo in Orlando, Florida.

The entertainment company will provide full creative and production services – including stage design and construction, scripting, staging, music, lighting design and AV services installation – for all events in the IAAPA Theater, including the Opening Ceremony, Welcoming Reception, Brass Ring Awards, Leadership Breakfast and Lunch and Learn events.

“We’re thrilled to be partnering with IAAPA yet again to produce the global attractions industry’s event,” said RWS founder and CEO Ryan Stana.

“From serving on committees to sharing best practices to developing engaging education sessions, RWS Entertainment Group has enjoyed its ongoing partnership with IAAPA and its members.

“We look forward to again providing world-class production services for this year’s Expo as we celebrate an unprecedented year of growth, in which we acquired JRA and The Experience Department (ted). The combined expertise of RWS, ted and JRA expands our capabilities to captivate audiences at events such as IAAPA Expo and broaden our reach to markets across the globe.”

In addition, RWS, an IAAPA Platinum Sponsor, will also host the Sponsor Spotlight session: ‘RWS Entertainment Group: One Company. Endless Possibilities’, on the EduTalk Stage on November 16.

The 20-minute session will introduce attendees to the company’s newest subsidiary: ted, which expands the company’s service offering to include AV, fitness and wellbeing, media production and custom merchandise among others. The session will also look at how its recent acquisitions of JRA and ted create a complete client trajectory - from planning and design to production and operations.

Attendees will also get an exclusive look at the group’s 2023 anniversary celebration plans for its entire portfolio, including RWS, JRA, ted and Binder Casting.

Taking place at the Orange Country Convention Center from November 14 - 18, this year’s IAAPA Expo will include an extensive trade show floor, as well as educational programming and networking opportunities.
