RWS Global has announced the appointment of former Forrec executive Matt Dawson as the new vice president of business development for JRA.
For Forrec, Dawson served on the executive team responsible for setting corporate priorities, managing risk and monitoring the financial wellbeing and growth of the corporation. He also set the strategic direction for the company’s client relations and led a team pursuing new business development efforts globally.
“I’ve always been passionate about storytelling and creating authentic experiences, and JRA’s track record of doing both is what drew me to the studio,” said Dawson.
“The brand reputation, growth potential and deep bench of talent at JRA are unique in this industry, and I look forward to sharing JRA’s story with clients and collaborators around the world.”
In addition to Dawson’s appointment, JRA has also added industry veteran Sevak Petrosian and former Walt Disney Imagineering production designer Trent Taylor to JRA’s creative team.
With these three on board, plus the combined skill set of our planners, designers and project managers, I’m thrilled at the possibilities of what we can create together in the months and years ahead,” said executive vice president, Mark Amos.
