A new family entertainment centre (FEC) dedicated to toy and game manufacturer Hasbro has opened in Paseo Interloms, Mexico.
Called Hasbro City, the FEC is themed around major Hasbro IP such as My Little Pony, Transformers and Mr Potato Head and offers several attractions, including Monopoly: The Ride, a suspended rollercoaster where riders can control their speed; Power Rangers Battle, a state-of-the-art bumper cars attraction offering 360-degree range of motion; and Potato Head Pirate Adventure, an escape room-style attraction where guests solve puzzles to reassemble Mrs Potato Head.
Other attractions include Hurricane VR, a Transformers-themed media-based attraction, Nerf Interactive Theatre and a separate Nerf Obstacle Course.
Experience design firm JRA, part of RWS Global, helped to realise the FEC, developing attractions, interactive experiences, technology and food experiences for the project.
“Hasbro City was created so that guests can live incredible experiences based on their favourite brands and characters,” said Luis Javier Santoyo, general manager at Hasbro City.
