Canadian dark ride and interactive attractions specialist Triotech will be showcasing a number of its latest projects at this year’s IAAPA Expo Europe.
Visitors to booth A-1601, will get a close up look at several of Triotech’s innovations, including its stand-up flying theatre attraction and the Qube - a coin-operated media-based attraction aimed at arcades and FECs.
Described as part dynamic simulator and part flying theatre attraction, the Stand Up Theater features two platforms, with riders remaining upright throughout the experience. The upright position enhances the ride’s motion, while special effects, including scent, blast, leg ticklers, water and wind, immerse guests in the on-screen action.
The Qube, meanwhile, is a four-seat simulator unit that combines competitive gameplay and immersive media with motion seats, a 100 inch 4K projected display, wind blasters and 5.1 surround sound.
“Industry professionals and enthusiasts can explore these groundbreaking attractions and rides and get a glimpse into the future of entertainment as Triotech leads the charge in redefining entertainment experiences,” said the company.
The show comes after an exciting year for Triotech, which has recently announced a strategic partnership with Seven. That partnership will see the company design and construct several state-of the-art dark rides, which promise to deliver a thrilling and immersive rider experience at entertainment venues across Saudi Arabia.
Additionally, the company opened its highly anticipated PUBG: Battlegrounds attraction at South Korea’s Lotte World in May. That month also saw the debut of the Champi’Foilies dark ride at French theme park Le Pal, while later in the season, Triotech’s Carnival Chaos Hyper Ride launched at Niagara Falls in Toronto, Canada.
