The first part of the Epic Universe development has come to life, with Universal Stella Nova Resort, now officially open to the public.
Offering visitors an immersive experience “unlike any other”, the resort is located in close proximity to the forthcoming Universal Epic Universe theme park, with the opening inviting guests into a galaxy-inspired world combining luxury and adventure.
With a design that echoes the vastness of space, the hotel adds 750 rooms to the resort’s portfolio. Each room features space-station-style windows, created to make guests feel as though they are resting amongst the stars. Universal Creative, the team behind the resort’s conceptualisation, has worked alongside Loews Hotels & Co to deliver a unique accommodation experience that blends superior amenities with interstellar-themed décor.
A variety of dining options feature, including Cosmos Café and Market, Galaxy Grill, and Galaxy Bar. The property also offers a resort-style pool with a splash pad, a game room for families, and a fitness center. For those looking to shop, the Universal Studios Store is located on-site.
Strategically positioned near the soon-to-open Universal Epic Universe theme park, Stella Nova Resort is also just minutes away from Universal Orlando's established parks: Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, and Volcano Bay. Guests staying at Stella Nova will benefit from exclusive early access to select attractions, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Universal Volcano Bay. Additionally, a dedicated walking path will provide direct access to the new Epic Universe once it opens on May 22nd, 2025.
The opening of Stella Nova Resort is part of a broader accommodation expansion at Universal Orlando Resort, which will soon include the Universal Helios Grand Hotel, opening in May, and the Universal Terra Luna Resort, opening in March.
