Convious’s eCommerce ticketing platform has reached new standards in data security and privacy after achieving Service Organisation Control 2 (SOC 2) Type 1 IT security compliance.
To achieve the SOC 2 standard, Convious underwent an extensive evaluation of its security measures, processes and controls.
The company had to demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential risks, ensuring the safety of data shared across the platform.
Additionally, the digital attractions management ticketing specialist is actively pursuing a higher level of compliance by working with external data protection agency Datentschutz Experte.de
