Attractions management platform Convious has signed up three new partners in Germany, with each utilising the company’s all-in-one e-commerce platform to personalise their guest experience.
The three companies - Freizeitpark Plohn amusement park, Tripsdrill wildlife and theme park and boat tour operator Rössler-Linie - have signed multi-year contracts, which Convious says will “effectively map their entire digital customer journey in the future and make it part of their guests' overall experience”.
“These three new partners, who join 40 existing leisure businesses already using Convious in Germany, show the diversity and flexibility of the Convious technological offer,” said Werner Dullmaier, managing director for the DACH region at Convious.
“Our scalable platform has been designed to meet the needs of both large and small amusement and theme parks as well as zoos and event providers.”
