Connect&GO has announced two new partnerships in France that will see the attractions technology specialists integrate its Konnect all-in-one platform with leading French ticket providers Ticketmaster France and France Billet.
Designed to create a seamless on-site experience for operators and guests alike, the Konnect all-in-one management platform provides a single, integrated system that allows operators to run all aspects of their business from one place.
Using real-time data and an integrated system for eCommerce, point-of-sale, access control, cashless payments and more, the Konnect platform works with RFID wearables to create premium experiences that drive revenue and maximise guest engagement, also giving attractions the ability to access their data from anywhere.
Through these integrations and with the Ticketmaster France and France Billet partnerships, attractions in the country can now tap into the power of extensive distribution networks, while creating a seamless onsite experience for operators and guests alike.
“We’re thrilled to support our clients in Europe with this exciting new integration that helps simplify operations while connecting them with new opportunities to drive revenue,” said Myriam Blanchette, director of Customer Success at Connect&GO.
“We’re dedicated to helping our clients create frictionless experiences that minimise wait times and maximise happiness from the moment a guest arrives.”
The integration will go live at several Connect&GO client sites in France this summer with more expected in the coming months.
