Chuck E. Cheese has announced a multi-year licensing, entertainment and marketing partnership that will for the first time see the brand become part of a new waterpark development.

The former Raging Waters Sacramento Water Park is being reimagined by California Dreamin', the new operator of the park, after announcing a long-term lease with its owner in August.

An updated masterplan includes new rides, F&B, and entertainment offerings, with Chuck E. Cheese set to appear as a branded children’s and family area featuring water rides, slides, and splash zones, as well as an on-site arcade, retail offering and a Pasqually's Pizzeria Restaurant. Additionally, the partnership will see special live appearances from multiple characters, including Chuck E. Cheese himself.

“Chuck E. Cheese is an instantly recognised premiere kids and family brand that transcends generations,” said Steve Dooner, CEO of California Dreamin'.

“With millions of fans in California and around the world, this will be a fun and unique themed experience for our guests.”
