Guest experience platform Attractions.io has unveiled a new partnership strategy, which the company says will expand its existing integrations network while enhancing collaboration between some of the industry’s leading suppliers and vendors.

Placing itself in a prime position to invest in partnerships that accelerate innovation and deliver supercharged guest experiences, a new partnerships team at Attractions.io aims to work closely with vendors and agencies to develop relationships that benefit all parties involved.

“Our vision is a more connected attractions industry, one where vendors work together to help the industry embrace technology innovation and leverage each other's strengths,” said Chris Antoline, who is heading the new partnerships team at Attractions.io.

“This initiative is built on the belief that we are 'better together' and can create unique guest experiences while driving incremental revenue for operators.”

With more than 15 years of experience in partnership development, Antoline brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise, with his role seeing him push Attractions.io's mission to unlock the full potential of every visit through technology.

“My core focus is growing revenue through partners and alliances,” said Antoline. “I passionately believe that when we work together in a true partnership – all focused on exceeding customer expectations – we can drive an extraordinary experience for our shared customers.”

Attractions.io recently worked with PomVom to launch an integrated photo experience at Alton Towers in the UK. This, says the company is just one example of how partnering with other providers can create an end result benefitting attractions and their guests. With its new partnerships team, Attractions.io is inviting other tech vendors and potential channel partners to become part of its vision and to join its tech ecosystem.

“We're looking to build relationships that don't just add value, but multiply it for all parties involved," said Antoline. "By intertwining our strengths, we can create a more comprehensive and satisfying guest experience and boost operator revenue.”
